Rocklea Pressed Metals
Built at Acacia Ridge, the building consists of 3,200m2 of open plan factory space, with 500m2 of Premium Office space. This project also involved the connection to the clients existing factory next door is a fire tunnel, this solution was fire engineered to avoid costly additional fire services.

Trisco Foods
This building was designed to be a multi-purpose facility. It comprises of a food processing manufacturing area, warehousing, and office space. The total facility is 3,200m2 under roof. This project required specialist design features due to the requirements around food processing and manufacture.
