This facility, which serves as the head quarters for Cummins operations in Qld and parts of Asia, as well as it’s Brisbane branch, was purpose-built including a combination of warehousing, workshops, offices and other specialised features. During the construction phase any issues that arose, were dealt with in a proactive and professional fashion resulting in the building being delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. Project Showcase
The facility located over 3 hectares was built over 10 month period, completed in November 2007. The project included extensive service pits and grates for services and sloping floors for ease of cleaning and control of any spills. A 250,000L rain water harvesting storage system was installed for reuse on site.
